打鐵趁熱 (不是Lao-Da那個打鐵),

趕快把今天的口感記下來。

湛廬咖啡是2000年後台北/台灣精品咖啡風潮的前驅之一,
最近剛在信義區松山高中後的小巷中開了第三間分店:
以摩卡壺沖煮為主的鎮蘆咖啡摩卡館。
基本的咖啡品項齊全,
約九種自混豆以中深烘為主的配方,
大概也比較符合一般人對摩卡壺的期待。
另外也有基本的單品,
從日本人壟斷的藍山到單品入門耶家都有,
最值得一題的就是有台灣的魚池咖啡 (忘了哪個莊園的),
這可是在今年二月因為精品咖啡教母Erna Knutsen特地來台採購而一夕爆紅的咖啡產地啊。
義式為基底的幾種咖啡齊全,
冰滴也有四五款是蠻少見的,
符合一般人口感的花式調酒咖啡跟花茶也都有,
加上各種糕點,
很明顯地是很有規劃跟經營基礎的設置。

這邊主打的是酷炫的桌邊沖煮服務,
當然以摩卡壺煮法為主,
也可以選擇手沖 冷/熱都可。
一行七人中我點了台灣之光魚池咖啡的摩卡壺,
我不負責的品嘗結果就是:
口感非常平衡,
層次分明,
前段入口有些微果甜味,
中段淺淺的巧克力/榖味,
後段之後微酸味也很恰當,
確實是有點平衡之王藍山的影子,
台灣咖啡確實有發展的潛能,
能否引領出一個高品質的產業就看經營者跟台灣精品咖啡界的努力了,
只希望政府不要扯後腿即可。

Zhanlu coffee is one of the very forefathers of the specialty coffee in Taiwan during the early 2000′s.
The Moka shop in the Xinyi district is their third and the newest coffee shop in Taipei city.
Obviously, this one is dedicated for moka-style hand brewing.
With a reasonable list of single-origin and blend coffees,
This shop is pretty much a good choice for anyone who is looking for a good cup of coffee to spend their time in between their tour to Taipei 101 skyscraper.

One thing that should be worth a visit is that they serve the specialty coffee from Taiwan, the Yuchi coffee, which just had some international attention due to  Erna Knutsen’s trip earlier this year.
This coffee totally reminds me of the Blue Mountain from Jamaica, a well balance coffee with multiple layers of tastes.
